I recently stayed at cette application Resort with the expectation of a smooth early park access, a feature prominently advertised. However, my experience was far from satisfactory, and the iOS app did nothing to help.
Firstly, the app offers no information on the early access process. We faced a confusing fork in the path upon entering the park, and there were no clear signs or guidance on the app to direct us. We ended up walking in the wrong direction for 10 minutes, only to be stopped by locked gates. A 20-minute detour later, we faced a 40-minute wait for an attraction we had hoped to access quickly.
To make matters worse, when I tried to use the customer service chat feature on the app to address this issue, it was completely unusable. Messages wouldn’t send, and there was no way to get immediate assistance, exacerbating our already frustrating experience.
The app should be a tool that enhances a guest’s experience, not complicates it. The lack of essential information and non-functional customer service features make this app more of a hindrance than a help.
