Super application mais service commercial horrible!
Rien à dire sur TheENTERTAINER qui reste intéressante... mais le service commercial est à revoir. J’ai acheté TheENTERTAINER pour 2020, mais je n’ai pas pu l’utiliser pendant toute la période de COVID-19 puisque les restaurants étaient fermés. J’ai donc demandé à ce qu’une solution me soit proposée pour ces 6 mois perdus..... évidement je suis passée de conseillers en conseillers et j’attends toujours la réponse !!!
Si j’ai acheté l’entertainer c’est pour l’utiliser sur place et non pas pour du delivery ou autre ! Reporter les 6 mois perdus ou au moins 3 mois aurait été la moindre des choses!

Great apps to have if leaving in EAU
Just great to have in EAU to access to restaurants, bars, spas, visitor attractions, playgrounds for kids... when you are two or more. You get two for one paid and it is very much worthy here (going out can be quite a budget)! Just only one thing to improve is "how it works" cause i had to ask a friend to understand. In fact when you understand it is very simple: you check where you want to go, you check the offer available on the apps, either you call to check if the offer is available and book if needed or just you go there without booking in advance, and pay directly for one if you are two. Be just careful on what it does include. You can use it anytime even if you are not planning, just one spot. It is great! You can really save money.

No more map to navigate in the area
The last update from end of August is a disaster, no more map to navigate and found all offer around you. The « near by » option is too selective. Please bring back the map to the app!

entertainer is an app to get if you like enjoying restaurants, drinks, spa, traitments, fitness... 50% it is a great deal! specialy in Hong Kong.
I wish to know more clearly the final prices, instead of having access of how much I save.
