Two Orders rejected - but money charged and voucher redeemed... no chance to fix the issue

I tried to buy the big package for Dubai. They booked it from my card and the support can’t help.
No service

I updated the app and now I'm sitting in a restaurant and it won't open so I'll have to pay the entire bill. Thank you entertainer... If I had known I wouldn't have come here today!!!

Since the last update the App is only crashing and won't open. Tried on 2 phones. Same result. Of no use currently. Doesn't happen with the book....

Restaurant refused to accept valid coupon

because there is no Fat Cow

The app needs a rework. It's too slow and clumsy. Filter settings sometimes lead to freeze requiring app restart. Look at the zomato app, that's state of the art app design and usability!

No map in new version !!?

The selection of offers is great however I still hate the search function as it is not working properly. If you type in „La Mer“ for example only one restaurant shows up and the rest is the downtown. I would really recommend your IT team to look a little bit more on how you can improve the search function as this is not good at all.

Grew deals and very easy to use. Used a couple times now and no problems.
Only sometimes the app is not loading the deals properly or update it according to your location fast enough which can be a bit annoying

This is a really great App! I have purchased the printed version of The Entertainer every year, but no matter how hard I tried, there were always occasion when I forgot to bring a coupon along. This App will help me to make even more use of The Entertainer discounts. Well done!
