I love bank of Ireland and have nothing bad to say about them. They have excellent customer service and if I’ve ever needed to speak to them on the phone, I’ve been able to get through straight away. In my local branch the customer service is exemplary. I’ve never had a bad experience full stop. Their business online banking is great with immediate awareness of all transactions made an up to date account balance. To date it’s the best bank account I’ve ever held surpassing other accounts I hold within the UK and France. I have no complaints and value their part in my daily activities, as well as the ongoing support they’ve always offered me. The best of the best in my opinion.
