Voilà 10 jours que j’ai téléchargé GreatWesternRailway pour planifier mes prochaines vacances en Angleterre. 10 jours qu’elle ne fonctionne pas, comme si elle n’avait aucun accès aux données.

Careful everyone this app is a BIG SCAM. It doesn’t work at all nobody ever answers you. It just pushes you to buy tickets and pretends that you’ll see the ticket only on the app and then the app won’t work and rushed by the time you just gonna buy another ticket on another app/company. They just make money like that. Don’t be fooled by the star rate, it’s total fake.

The app is very useful to buy and manage tickets when it works… I always have an “technical problem” when trying to log in to buy or see my tickets.
So for me the app is only useful to check the times of train.

Why does the app refuse to allow one to buy e-tickets from abroad? Why does one have to pay online and there still have the bother of collecting tickets from a machine at a station once in the UK (or in GWR territory). Not user-friendly in. This day and age.

The app doesn’t function and I have to pick my ticket up from the station - impossible in 2021 to issue an e ticket via email - really ???

Don’t like the fact that GWR is making me download an app to get my train tickets. Maybe if its IT team used their own services more often they would realise how obnoxious those services are.

Impossible to sign in due to a “technical difficulty”! How is one supposed to use an e-ticket properly if the app can’t even handle signing in???!!!

Technical issue since uploaded

I can’t singin in the app (iPhone 15) due to a “technical issue”. App reinstalled but no change… unusable.
