The registration in the app sent the sms confirmation, one day after. And the phone number doesn’t accept international number as +3306XXXXXXXX. Tou need to enter 003306XXXXXXXX. Definitely not for tourists which haven’t a local phone number. Fix it quickly because it is not usable in the current state.
This app is only for RU résident !!!! Don’t use it if you come from other country and good luck to find a way to pay if you haven’t coins !! I would never recommend ! Tried to use it in Glasgow never works !!
Can receive sms if you have a french number
On holiday to the UK can’t register because it doesn’t recognize foreign numbers... must be an nice app but kinda stupid !
Impossible to enter a credit card with expiration date on September

No possibility to cancel or shorten once paid, only possibility given is to extend. Once one leaves the parking spot, possibility should be given to flag it and get reimbursement for unused period. Else the app is getting revenue for an unprovided service. In some countries this is illegal, understandably so.
Thank you for this stunningly stupid and unusable app. There is no way of knowing when the duration of the parking starts before paying. So I did pay for my parking but still got a penalty charge. Who’s gonna pay for that? I guess I know the answer.

Nul. Impossible de me reconnecter. Impossible de recevoir un code ni par mail ni par message. Impossible d’enregistrer la plaque d’immatriculation de ma voiture. Donc: nul!
I am British but currently live in France and have a French phone. You cannot pay with a non uk phone by app or telephone call and because there are no longer ticket machines.
Shoreditch example. Signs saying “pay by phone”; the name of another app. However I know it is cette application. Call number. Does not work with a non UK phone. Yes I tried 0044, +44 and plain old 020.
Ok. Get app. App does not accept non Uk phone number.
Ok. Pay at meter. Oh. No meters. They took them away because …. Well In have no idea. God knows what old people do.
To pay for parking first had a friend pay for me and then bought a Uk sim card just so I could pay.
I then had to delete my old uk account. No idea why. Probably because I have a FR cette application account. Probably have to go through the same BS in FR now. So they do not do international customers but do make sure there are just enough links to truly PYO.
Long review? Well nothing compared to the time and money I have spent today just trying to pay for parking due to this Steaming T of an app and company.

So handy when you come from abroad and have no coins. The service fees and the sms fees aren’t cheap and depends on car park but you don’t know the break down costs until you receive the VAT receipt. For a 30 minutes stay a total of £1.10 including 20p of cette application fee and 30p of sms fee is not a good news but better than a fine! Register in no time; good looking app, easy to use map; one improvement would be to indicate before booking the time whether the car park does not allow return.
