Apparently, the app can only be used in germain.
Then, simply delist it from the French store.
Your previous excuses for similar complaints make no sense, when you can offer at least English on your web site.

Warum muss man beim Chat mit Marie, obwohl man in der App angemeldet ist, jedesmal Mailadresse und Postleitzahl eingetragen? Für mich als Informatiker und Entwickler nicht nachvollziehbar. Mal ganz abgesehen vom geringen Nutzen, wenn überhaupt einer da sein sollte.
They seriously need to consider an English version, at LEAST. It’s really selfish not to consider everyone who is still learning German. It’s also really annoying to set up your account, you have to have a letter mailed in and you only have a few days to use the code on that letter, but you need to bring a pickup slip at a kiosk, show ID and sign (for literally just a piece of paper with a code). I understand the need for privacy and safety but it’s just difficult to get, difficult to use, and the app promises more than it delivers. The only time I used pickup at these yellow drop off machines, the box wouldn’t unlock, I had to request help from staff that came by to load some of the free slots.
The only pro I’ve enjoyed so far is being able to move the delivery, but again, no estimation no of time of arrival, and very few choices day-wise to move the delivery…
Est-ce possible de disposer d’au moins une seconde langue (anglais) ?
Good but the app is in German, some features are only available to Germans. Translating the app into English for non-German speakers would make it better. DE and EN languages would be nice.
