Or you may be that person who says, “but I just use my head to track my –” No, if our team can’t remember what we wore yesterday, then we can guarantee that you don’t remember the reps and weight you used on those Squats from 6 days ago. To consistently improve and make progress both with your physique and strength, your workouts need to be tracked. l’application not only makes that experience easy, but we also provide a like-minded community to do it with. Here’s what you can do on l’application: Create a fitness goal and document your progress one workout at a time Create a workout and use our Anatomy model to select which muscle groups you want to target. We’ll give you a list of visual exercises to choose from! You can put your workouts into folders and re-arrange them in any way you want. Customizability is key On the For You page, you’ll see other people’s workout posts. You can click on the yellow bold text to see exactly what workout they did. You can even save their workout for later! On the Discover page, you can find people near you to follow as well as a list of our users’ most popular workouts We launched to the App Store in late September 2021, so we’re still new and have a ton of great features coming out. Good but here is some « ideas »

This app is one of the most motivating and cool for gym people. Still I wonder if it wouldn’t be interesting to offer the possibility to post even without workout Indeed if we just want to share our meal, ask questions etc it could be good to do that without being forced to put a workout, because for instance if I didn’t worked out today but wanted to share my meal, I can’t do that (maybe I’m wrong ?) So I think it may be a good feature. Once it’s done, this app would be a 5/5 immediately ! Thanks to the team for such an app ♥️
