I started off with the free portions of this app when I downloaded it. During that time I was finding that I needed to do a meditation every night to help with sleeping. A few months later, I ended up subscribing to a yearly subscription. This app has everything you need from guided stories (nature, children-based, fiction stories), to guided meditations and soothing nature sounds and music to help you get to sleep and relax. I recommend this app to anyone!!

Calm is used by my entire family, from young to middle-age and at all times across the day, from morning, work day, rest, to sleep time. A friend raved about the product, then a therapist suggested it, and finally I gave it a try. Impressed by the level of detail, professionalism in stories and music creation. Having fun exploring the many uses and variety in this one app. Definitely one of my best purchases of 2019!

Today was my first day listening and giving my full Attention to my body and the calm sounds of nature. It was amazing for me because am on the go a lot and I don’t take time for myself but this really help me to be calmer and think clearer to what I need and it’s relaxation thank you

Amazing! Just amazing. I cannot put into words how this one app has helped me... to sleep, to start my day, etc. I love the music and I play it in my classroom to calm my students while we work. It’s sensory for them and me!

This app helps me so much. I have trouble sleeping and when I got this app I could fall asleep in no time. I recommend this app to people that have trouble sleeping or have insomnia.
