Il y a de nombreux coachs avec des styles d’entraînement différents, on peut donc varier la façon dont on souhaite travailler. Le format très rythmé avec les timer ainsi que les encouragements des autres participants sont très efficaces pour rester motivé ! Je suis assez sportive mais c’est la première fois qu’une application me donne envie de me dépasser, comme à la salle.
