The app now says “service not available”. What garbage.
After scanning my document the app says i need to enter a 6 digit code that i will receive on my phone but i never received any code and i tried a few times. I can’t complete my application because of that. 😞
It literally doesn’t work I didn’t received the code and the app said to try later when I call the help centre nobody answered I’ve waited 2h on the phone and no answer !!
I have an iPhone XR and I can’t use it, telling me something like "Impossible to take the photo, try later" ... It’s been like more than a month.
Wow this is a horrible app.
Does not recognise my email address and says it is incorrect
Never received my 6 digit code and so cannot get move along with my visa application. Please someone do something about this!
Problem during the taking image
I just can’t take the photo of my ID it’s not working at all.
Never received the text for the phone check.
Please can you fix the uploading Process. The app doesn’t let us upload the evidence and I can’t get my PSS status.
Had to do an update to be able to use it. Once that’s done the process starts smoothly but remains stuck on a loading wheel at the chip step. Useless.
I have an iPhone 7 and I can’t use it. The app says an update needs to be made. I hope the update will come soon!
Aucune possibilité de supprimer le numéro que vous aurez enregistré sur EUExit... même en la réinstallant. Si vous ne recevez pas le code de vérif, tant pis pour vous...

By using this app, you will not need to send us your identity document by post.
If you are not an EEA or Swiss national, you must have a UK issued biometric residence card or permit (provided you are in the UK) to use this app.
You must complete the rest of your application online separately.
