Impossible to use

The app is impossible to use. It is buggy, their verification system is buggy, and the customer service is atrocious. There are so many car rental services out there, don't waste your time with this one.

I rent with a friend. Despite everything going well initially, our experience took a turn when they claimed to have found a 'scratch' days after we returned the car and decided to withhold the $300 deposit. The frustrating part is that the scratch wasn't even caused by us! It seems like they profit by refusing to refund deposits. I suggest using GetAround instead; cette application is clearly a scam We never heard from them since

Everything was perfect until they saw a "scratch" days after the dropoff and decided to keep the $300 deposit… for a scratch that was not even made by me! They make money by not refunding the deposit! Use GetAround instead, cette application is a scam.
