J’ai découvert Mary via Instagram et j’ai été tenté par l’essai de 15jours. J’ai fini par m’abonner tellement ça m’avait plu ! Les cours sont complets, d’une durée variable et de tous niveaux ! On sent vraiment la progression en réalisant ses challenges tous les mois
Seul bémol : le format est seulement adapté au téléphone, ça passe sur iPad mais vous verrez comme si c’était un écran de portable
Très bonne appli, Mary - est super prof de yoga en ligne, une merveille !!! Bcp de cours gratuits, même des challenges ( 1 mois gratuit) , et sinon les prix corrects pour aller bien plus loin ! Namaste
J'aime bcp l'ambiance des vidéos. Les enchaînements sont un peu rapides pour moi qui débute, et c'est dommage de ne pas avoir de version en français....sinon la voix est douce et agréable, je pratique le matin en douceur, c'est parfait ! Merci
I started doing yoga last year with another app, but in my opinion this app is much better because... Mary!! She’s an amazing teacher, super encouraging and positive, she helps you adjust the poses to your body, practise safely and feel confident. It’s much easier to stay motivated every day and make progress.
