Change bad habits á la do more sports, eat healthier and distract you less? - With your Change Buddy you will reach your goals in 28 days!  In order for this to work, your Change Buddy will enter your learnings and experiences into your logbook every day and you will receive continuous statistics on your success.  The Change Buddy then gives you a guided review of the ups and downs in reaching your goals.  If you are in a "Work Out Loud" circle, the app is a great addition to keep up with your goals between meetings.  In addition, all goals you set yourself are limited to 28 days.  By daily reflecting your current progress, you will identify circumstances which help you to reach your goal.  It is even more difficult to constantly work on these goals and changes.  You reflect your moments of success and can decide whether you want to pursue the same goal or start the next challenge.  PS: Our Change Buddy also wants to improve continuously.  It helps to talk regularly with someone about goals and progress.  Defining personal goals is not easy.  Would you like to pursue your new years resolutions longer than just in the first week of January?  In addition, you can add some friends and chat with them about your learnings.  They will definitely help if you need some tipps to get around distractions.  So please don't hesitate to send us your feedback to feedback@change-buddy.
