The worst mobile experience ever

I have donwloaded this app to by a 2nd cellular plan to my iPhone XS, while traveling to the US. I have a simple problem : when purchasing esim via the cette application Mobile esim app, i did not receive the QR code or information requested to activate/ add the cellular plan on my iPhone. It costed me 70 $. I called the support line twice and had long talks... I asked for help in a tmobile shop. And nobody is able to help. Everybody says « we don’cette application know about esim ». I just need to receive the QR code of my order!!! What can I do? I tried to cancel it and cet my money back and it’s not possible !
