The only good thing about this app is it does the job. If you're looking for fancy, innovative, or practical, forget it and use something else... oh wait, you can't because there is no alternative. The app is ugly, has no Watch companion, requires you to tap one more time after opening the app, is not even giving you feedback you did so you just wait, and it's slow.
I wish I could just use a standard OTP app like google Authenticator or 2STP

This app and the process used by Citibank are so unintuitive, painstaking and long that your money will never be safer. In fact, you’d be lucky to access it yourself.
Would recommend in a post-apocalyptic world where scavengers may torture you to get access to your account (as you’d not be able to give it to them). For any other reason, I’d seek an alternative.
