To do so the employee needs to select the leave type, enter the leave ‘From & To’ dates and submit the request.
In case of a sick leave, the employee needs to upload the medical certificate without which the request will not get submitted.
If the balance has been exhausted, then the employee will not be able to apply for a leave for that leave type.
• The employee can view the Leave Status details – whether the leave which was applied for has been Approved/ Rejected or if it is still pending at the Manager’s end.
• The Leave & Attendance Regularization requests raised by the employees will be visible in the Manager’s dashboard for approval.
• The details like Leave Type, Carry Forward, Eligibility, Availed and Remaining Leave Balance will be visible in the Leave Balance page.
The employee can view these details when applying for a leave.
• The employee can apply for a Leave from the app.
• The employee will be able to regularize their Attendance in case they forgot to punch their attendance for any particular date.
At first they will have to initiate a comp-off request in order to avail that leave.
When raising a regularization request, it is mandatory for the employee to give their remarks, without which they will not be able to submit the request.
• The employees can also download various documents like their Salary Slips/Appointment Letter/Offer Letter/Bonus Letter/Form-16/Reimbursement Slip etc., and the Company’s Policies from the Download Centre.
• The employees can Mark their Attendance (Geo-Tagging) and check their attendance history.
• The employees can apply for a Compensatory Off in case they came to work on an official holiday/week-off.
