What a shame, great bank, client since years and was happy, I’ve upgraded to premium account, £15/month, since then, Apple Pay refuse to work from my phone and the customer service is just useless, it’s been a week, no solution, no proposal, nothing. Your first card sent to your residential address for free, helpful staff, cool app, just need more custom options, other than that for everyday use I think it has to be one of the best banks.
