What a shame, great bank, client since years and was happy, I’ve upgraded to premium account, £15/month, since then, Apple Pay refuse to work from my phone and the customer service is just useless, it’s been a week, no solution, no proposal, nothing. One more time, it’s always in adversity you see if people is good or not, and in this case, just really bad.

I wanted to change my residence adresse because I don’t receive my paycard but I can’t send message
Your first card sent to your residential address for free, helpful staff, cool app, just need more custom options, other than that for everyday use I think it has to be one of the best banks.

I had only one payment issue, and the Monzo team solved it in less than 30mn (it was 10PM!)
