An incredible tool to grow, learn and finesse

I have been using l’application for easily a year now, and I have to say it has changed my physical condition so much. With it, I increased the amount of workouts easily, spent less time at the gym and made it so much more efficient. i also never grow bored of the routibes as I rarely ever repeat workouts. The increase is always right and the software always reacts to your input. The staff always replies quickly to any problem you might encounter. Don’t hesitate, it’s worth it.

Hi, Been looking for some time now for a decent app that’s close to crosstraining/crossfit. This is it.... mixture of everything. Just started me 2 week trial but will go for a year subscription. Definetly recommend this app.

The app still shows traning with equipements even if you specificly choose « no equipements » in the settings ...
