…unless you are a frequent traveller and know your way around. But than you don’t use the app so often anyway…

Too bad it’s not possible to buy more than one ticket at a time (or at least not self-explaining enough how to), e.g. for one adult and one child travelling together.

Dette var ein altfor drastisk endring i utseende og UI. Eg er ganske oppegående og dataaffin, men eg sliter med å finne meg til rette og bruke appen like effektivt som før. Motivasjonen til å bruke appen har ganske drastisk gått ned.

Tenker på alle, særlig eldre, som ikkje er like interessert i data som meg og likevel er nødt til å liksom lære bruken av appen på nytt frå skrætsj.

I managed to download the app and buy 2 adult tickets within 1 minute - not sure if it can get better than this!!

I hope anyone from Deutsche Bahn is taking notes

If you are a tourist and dont know your zones you will have to find the option to put the station in first. And those differ from the stations google is telling you to book.
Annoyed the crap out of me.

Also Osloticket cannot be purchased here, so you have to have a standalone ticket for the oslo ticket (which btw also wasnt worth the price).

We visited Norway for a condolence Visite, and traveling with elderly people can be quite challenging since they want to know everything in advance.

Lucky this app is so well structured paining is easy and the trains and busses run on time and are so compfy, so that I have to say
travailing public transport was like cutting vegan spread … a pleasure :)

I wish you could explain the Deutsche Bahn or the VBB how this is done properly ;)

Sehr bedienungsfreundliche App, wir haben uns gut durch Oslo damit navigiert.

This App is really benchmark and a must, if you travel to Oslo.

Trying to buy a ticket with Apple Pay took more than 10 minutes for the verification process. Am I supposed to miss the train because of this malfunction of the App?

As a tourist, it had all the options in the most clear way, other than being fast and smooth.
The last good thing was to even calculate the new zone (to the airport) on the 24hours ticket, so we paid 82 NOK instead of 124 NOK to go to the airport without needing to find a ticket service place. I was not even expecting that to be included. The cancellation option is also included in the app under the ticket we buy. Very convenient.
