CDGZig funktioniert nur, wenn man WhatsApp installiert hat. Für mich damit völlig unbrauchbar!

App is very slow. Even favourite locations are slow to load. Can't add credit card number. Rather book via SMS

Ho scaricato l’applicazione . Provo a mettere il numero di cellulare .... in modo che mi dovrebbe arrivare un codice di 4 numeri come conferma . Voi avete visto i codici di conferma ? Io li sto aspettando e credo che posso aspettare finché mi arrivino . Vergognoso: ho solo perso tempo

Ruined the experience

please let me have the old app back

Earlier it used to work with international numbers, now not anymore.

Cannot transfer old pos datas, cannot cancel, cannot go back to default

New app is unusable until one signs up via email, facebook, or Google.

The new version is one of the most user unfriendly apps I’ve ever seen. The old version been very good, but now you lost a customer

Settings lost, cant access the homepage when awaiting for taxi. And why is email address required ? We are all swamped with unnecessary info, what happened to data protection !!?

... in 2019 is quite an accomplishment :-(
Cluttered user interface. No understanding of customer needs. No attention to detail. Important functions missing. Many little annoying glitches. The old app I would rate 3 stars, this one 1 star (actually 0 stars).

What a disappointment. This is no use at all for business travellers or tourists in Singapore. A Singapore mobile phone number seems to be required. It would have been helpful to know this before downloading. Instead I tried and tried to register, but never received the registration SMS.

I don’t receive a phonecall when the taxi has arrived (taxis cancel regularly cause they‘re already here), it doesn’t automatically zoom into the map to the driver‘s location, I cannot navigate back in the app and it is by far the least user friendly app from comfort. Programms should get better, not worse.

It seems impossible to activate the app with a international phone number. No help from the support, real bad experience.

This is the worst taxi app available in Singapore. Especially the „new design“ is unbearable. Always some pop ups disturbing while using.
Customer service is not integrated. Only a chat bot, which is never helpful.

Not usable for any phone number except Singapore ones. That is bad, as the app specifically asked me for the international prefix and then discarded that info directly. If it is not possible, then why give the option in the first place? Bad software!

So at least you have to start the app twice before any response happening. 1st time always stuck on loading screen.
Beside that. Seems that Comfort don’t pay the taxi drivers enough to work for them - barely ever any taxi is available.

Why the hell is it necessary to register additionally to the mobile number with an email address?
Okay, surprisingly, registration with a German mobile number worked. But for the email verification the email is not sent. I cannot find it in any of my email folders, even not the spam folder.
Conclusion: App not useable.

I tried to register many times. The app suggests and accepts international cellular phone numbers but it does not send any verification code.
The updated version for iOS11 does not work with international numbers either. Version for iOS12 dies not work with international numbers.

IOS 13.2.3 does not changed anything. Not working in Singapore with international numbers. OTP is nit sent. The app will be deleted.

I’m German too and cannot agree to the many complaints. Enrollment was easy with a German number. I use WhatsApp and do not know, if it’s working without. The app can be used without a Singapore mobile number. That’s a big advantage compared to other apps because I’m using an eSim with a data package only.
