  Splits passengers across aircraft

  Oman air distributes passengers on the same ticket across the aircraft. No possibility to select any seats during checking (no free selection possible at all, and app did not display payable seats either due to technical errors). Call center unwilling to help at all. Really not great if you take a long distance flight and then have to queue at the airport, hoping that there might be a payable option for you to buy yourself into sitting together. Also app displays wrong passenger information throughout the checkin process (name correctly entered, correct on boarding pass, but wrong in dialogs during checkin)

  Why?

  Why why why is there so much bad quality programming and software management out there? This app is completely useless, same as the very questionable overall service and communication policy at oman air. Nothing works smoothly there. Shame on you selling tickets to customers.

  Buchungen überprüfen klappt nicht. Nach der Eingabe des Buchungscodes kommt ein Error. Auf der Website geht es problemlos. Nehmt euch doch bitte ein Beispiel an der Emirates oder Lufthansa App!

  Worst App ever

  I’m from Germany and I already have low expectations when it comes to digitalisation. But this app is the worst of all. It’s just like the other comments states correctly: It’s how apps were 10 years ago. Totally not up to modern standards. It still has the interface of a 1st generation iPhone 3G and the navigation within the app is a nightmare. Don’t download this. Check in online and print your boarding passes. It’s more efficient than this app.

  Very Slow Connectivity

  It doesn't help, if you have the fasted Internet, this app runs very slow. You have to wait 5 min. or more until you are connected. Also confirmation takes minutes, Wait and don't end the app. Sometimes ist says, reference not ok. Give it a 2. or 3. chance. Also seat booking is not always working, check the seats a 2. time.

  Not useful

  This app is not useful at all. Every time I want to check my bookings it is giving me an error (web portal is working). Online Check In failed also in the app. Web Portal worked but even there no real digital ticket available (wallet integration missing completely)

  Very slow and out of date!

  This application has been out of date and not been developed for a long time. It requires a very fast internet to operate and function properly. The wallet app is also not available. I do not recommend this app.

  Check in not possible

  I tried to check in, but I got an error. When I check in on the website, it’s working. I just can edit the booking, like entering the passport data. But without check in, the app makes no sense.

  This app is not able to find my booking. Always got the message “Error Server Connection “. I had to go to the website of Oman Airline to go ahead. Really poor!
