Being forced to use the phone app because the web app lacks so many features.

Idea and execution not completely in sync. While it makes connecting and keeping track of a conference super easy, a better design and more platform native look and feel would make it even better. Feels like a lot of web views combined together. Not nice for quick browsing, offline use, system integration etc. Even the icon glitches with white corners while opening/closing the app.

I like the app and used it for ICBC Berlin 2018. When I wanted to prepare for ICBC Berlin 2019 starting in 2 days the app still offers only 2018 information.

We used diese App for a scientific Symposium and have to say we were very positively surprised with the functionalities available. Our favourites was the possibility to schedule announcements & customise groups / participants they will go out to. This made our life easier.
What we would recommend to tweak are:
- Allow for home/landing page to have a different content on the landing and event page. As these are different groups, you want them to read sth different.
- Include how long Announcements can be. It happened to us twice, that our announcements went out clipped. This does not look well on receiver end. Plus, the clipped part dissapears, meaning you need to write it anew.
What was especially important for us though was the service quality. In the majority of cases we were receiving an answer from diese App within one working day, often also within hours.

I love the app. The fact that I was able to attend a Congress remotely it’s amazing. The way the agenda was organized, and so easily to contact other attendants and speakers, to organize meetings and to participate in different activities and talks, it was perfect, you could feel the event wasn’t online but you were there. I recommend it 100%.

It's really unfinished product that offers tons of useless features and make the most important things overly complicated (I.e. checking the conference schedule). As for the navigation issues: try to cancel a "say hi" dialog box ... to name just one thing
