Couple of days back I was asked to change my mPIN as it was old. So I gave a new mPIN and saved it. Since then when I try to log into my account I am asked to unlock my mPIN using either debit card or online banking, so I gave those details and in next steps I’m asked to confirm my phone number that is linked with the account. Unfortunately at this point the app only accepts 10 digits of the phone number and the problem is I have a phone number with 11 digits. Axis bank has plenty of NRI customer and many services for NRIs as well so they should have really consider such issues that NRI customers face.

It is quite strange for me to understand that one can’t login in app with any phone number apart from Indian phone number. What about those customers who are abroad and have registered their foreign phone number with bank?

Please fix this major bug asap so your app can be used globally.

All other apps in market let you login with any registered phone number with bank.

I am not able to register my account in this app. I have tried reaching out to the technical service team as well but still no hope of finding a resolution. It’s been a disappointing experience with Axis Bank so far.

The screen load time is quite high and most of the time it shows something went wrong. App is not so stable still.

been trying to use some services in the app and everytime I get a service maintenance notification. been trying for 3 months now. Crappy app

Unable to login. Goes in circles when trying to login via mpin.

People who travel world don’t carry or not have SMS service in overseas to register new device.

Must change the model.

With mobile web you don’t need anything why the mobile application need SMS to register???

SMS authentication does not work.

Guys at Axis, not sure if I am the one complaining, crashes are so frequent that I am using only PC to access..... In this age where we seldom use PC one should be able to use such apps without crashes. Anybody at Axis hearing ?

The application is mostly down. They don’t even care for few days. Don’t plan anything depending on this application. Better keep cash in hands.good luck 😉

The home screen icons could be customised in the earlier version. Now it is not there and the favourite transactions icon is inside the menu. Not good

One suggestion, navigating or searching for debit card pin change is difficult. Provide the option in “Other services” in main window.

Very easy to transfer the money.

Transactions are never easier . This app makes all the sense for convenience and comfort to their customers.
