No comma and no cents in bpay possible.

Why is it not even possible to make a bpay transaction with a comma and following cent amount? Do I really have to pay 20$ accept of the 19,57$ I actually have to pay??? That's a shame.. I also tried to put a comma via copy and paste it's not possible please fix it asap!
