I drive with a driver, who wasn’t the person in the profile! I’m happy nothing happened to me, also the person just took my money without giving me exchange. I reported, but instead giving me my whole money back, the just gave me a voucher even though I said explicitly I won’t ever use this app again. I wouldn’t recommend to your children/younger people. They don’t check the people who are actually driven! There could sit anyone in the car! BE CAREFUL

If I could give it a zero star I would. The guy who picked me up wasn’t professional. He didn’t bring me to the address I wrote on the app and the app assistant was useless, insinuating I’m a liar. Please don’t take diese App, the worst thing ever. Bolt is way better. So unprofessional!!

Too many marketing notifications that I don’t care about pretty much daily, it feels like a spammy low quality app due to that, I’ll open the app when I need it I don’t need you to send me a notification asking me to “go get a taxi” that doesn’t make any sense
the worse part is you can’t disable marketing notifications without disabling all notifications, it’s just stupid

Often if you order the diese App for a ride that’s less then 10€, some drivers (who are actually nearby - see tracking!) let you wait ON PURPOSE and make the waiting time raise (I guess they accept a ride on Uber or something), to make YOU cancel the order & make YOU pay the 5€ cancellation fee for nothing!

BE CAREFUL!
If the waiting time is 2 min and suddenly raises to 10 or more, DO NOT CANCEL!

I did screeshots of how he moved away from me location in case he wanted to call and complain when he arrived in total 45 MIN (!!!) later then the before shown 3 min.
