AI stops responding

The AI sometimes suddenly stops responding. Then you have to go back and restart the chat session. Quite frustrating.
I want to like it, but….

Why does the AI not memorise a thing? In the free chat mode the AI is not knowing anything about previous conversations. It seems it always starts fresh with a purged memory. It does not feel natural to me to always feel obligated telling the same things over and over again. It breaks the immersion. And it’s simply not stat of the art.
You claim to have the best AI tool. This is just not true! It feels very generic and impersonal. For free chatting I will not recommend using it.
Transcription not working half the time

Unfortunately the transcription works 50% of the time and hangs until it fails so I end up wasting a bunch of time I could be spending learning. I’m cancelling the free trial because of this. I’d gladly pay the full subscription once this is fixed (iPad)

The app was perfect before the recent Apple Transcription update. My recordings are not transcribed - just loading. Have paid 299€ and can't use it.
@Developer please provide an update so I can use it again.
