🏷️ Über: LiveAgent is the only customer support app that you will ever need. Helpdesk, Ticketing, Automation, Live chat, Call center, FAQs, Support Portal, Facebook and Twitter monitoring.
First login problems. Then unexpected logout. When I want to turn on the chat, it does not keep the setting. So I couldn't get it to work at all.
Another minus is that the interface isn't giving even the most important information. For example you can't see if your chat is live or not. You have to go to the website to find out.
I am not able to log in. Please fix that!
Ok. The App works. But the feature set leaves much to be desired, based on the desktop version. Much needs tonhappen before this becomes a viable mobile tool for us.
