- Can not read properly NID data. i used soft copy
- Living in Germany , my NID not with me. What should i do
- Selfies not working, i tried several times, but it shows error "Connection timeout! please check internet connection"
although , i used fiber connected super fast and stable internet.

now i can not use old and new app,

- kindly fix it as soon as possible

I cannot sign up. Says no internet connection while I do have internet.

I don’t understand how bad a mobile app could be. All of my old contacts and saved accounts were vanished.

Also getting error alerts everywhere. It’s a very bad idea to switch to a completely new version without migrating data from old account. Very frustrating

This app deserves 0 star but unfortunately I cannot do it. Just bulls*** they have ever made. I have tried hundreds of time to register via bank accounts but this bulls** got stuck on selfie stage. EBL developers should quit their job immediately and security team are busy to make ISACA guide for selling to their fellow stupid.

Constantly getting "No Internet Connectivity" and UI is extremely slow.

Disappointed with the initial version. Will request for smooth interactions in next version.

I opened my account using my passport and in the new signup process there is no option to signup using passport. They only have signup option using NID! I am living abroad and now how should I signup and get access of my account. I tried contacting the branch and they require my physical presence to update information. What is the purpose of registered email then ? Why cant I send documents using my registered email ? Why don't you have option to sign up using passport? This is ridiculous!

Thanks for the updated app. Now adding the accounts working normally. The app looks modern and practical, however the UI needs more polishing.

The flash screen animation at the app opening is completely unnecessary. Opening screen should be the login page- not anything else
