Habe mir Mindway heruntergeladen und bin total enttäuscht. Es gibt keine Anleitung und als ich den Support um Hilfe gebeten habe, habe ich auch keine Antwort erhalten. Vom Kauf zurücktreten kann man auch nicht.
Ich habe mir einen Zugang für einen Monat geholt für 13€. Dieser Zugang wurde automatisch verlängert für 29€ pro Monat.
In Mindway gibt es keine Möglichkeit das Abonnement zu kündigen.
Be careful! This is a fraud. They renew a 3 day plan (3,99€) automatically for another 7 day plan for 29€ and are not willing to do a refund!!! Afterwards they ignore emails. That’s outrageous!!! A company that earn money with people’s emotions and sensitivity, but acting like fraudsters!!!
I want to try to get rid of this overthinking, but you can only use it if you pay 45€ for 1 Month……
This is a fraud stay away
I saw their ads on Instagram days before and took a quiz attached to the post. Here’s the things:
1. Even if you paid for the subscription, you still have to purchase plans. They are ALL separated chunks with different focus. So before you buy it you should be aware that you have to pay a lot more.
2. The plan didn’t help me at all. When I first explored this app I was already disappointed. For 13.99€/month you will only get several passages and few videos that you get for free from google or YouTube and a place to record your mood and energy, which could definitely be substituted by other free apps. Not to mention they are not helping at all.
3. There is no cancellation function in the app and I didn’t directly book it with my apple account so I’m still wondering how can I cancel it because I really don’t want to pay one more month.
4. Bad customer experience: they ask you multiple times if you wanna buy extra plans and the push up NEVER ends. You skip one and comes another page with another plan.
So all in all, this app didn’t help me at all and I kind of feel like I was fraud. My whole experience in one word: they really want your money but have nothing to provide.
There’s no intro or tutorial. Don’t know exactly what to do.
Also there’s a lot of popups at the beginning to buy all kinds of stuff that could help you.
In the app there’s no setting to cancel the Abonnement (payed plan)

Finger weg von dieser App! Wenn sie schnell ihr Geld loswerden wollen dann nutzen Sie die Mindway App. Unseriös, verwirrend und nicht transparent. Dazu völlig unkooperativ in der Schadensklärung. Sie laden sich die Mindway App herunter, auf ihrem Konto wird unter medical Score abgebucht und der E-Mail-Verkehr erfolgt über no Diet. Man verliert ruckzuck den Überblick und hat zum Schluss eine Rechnung von knapp 300 € auf dem Konto über PayPal. Die schlechten Bewertungen sprechen für sich
Betrug ohne Ende. Die App für NUR einen Monat gebucht und dann wohl, ohne es zu wissen, gerät man in eine Abofalle und es werden einem auf einmal horrende Kosten abgebucht. Wenn man die App wieder löscht, kommt man nicht mehr an seine Daten und man muss sich per Mail mit denen in Verbindung setzen und das vermeintliche Abo kündigen. Geld wird natürlich nicht zurückbezahlt, weil man ja alles akzeptiert hätte.
