The interface is not all that great, the app crashes often and is glitchy as all get out, and I just spent 30 minutes writing a very long email but rather than being sent, I got an error message. So don’t waste your time with the app, just use the mobile version of the site. Still not great, but far better than the app.

first issue was that i couldn’t read my messages via app.
Now i can’t even log in. Bought stamps nor no reason obviously. Service center is not answering my emails! absolute rip off.

I can’t log in to diese App no more it says “the version of this app is no longer supported download the latest version from the App Store to continue” but there’s no update what should I do??

Still the App issue.

Not letting me update my information and profile

The new update sucks! Your app doesn't inform me about new emails anymore and I often have to rewrite a whole email again, because this app always crashes and it really starts to get on my nerves. Everything was fine in the past, but now I have to deal with a lot of issues. I'll delete this app.

This app is actually really helpful for families/friends/lovers to connect via Email or videochat and this helps prisoners to feel loved and not alone.
The problem is that not all people from overseas don‘t have a classical credit card so if someone wants to build a penpal relationship, he sinply can‘t do it with this app unfortunately.
I wiuld recommend you to add another payment method like Paypal, that would be very(!!!) helpful.
