I got a the internet box, invoiced on credit card. Now I went for a sim only contract, identical profile, but no it won’t get invoiced the same way!!!!!
Call forwarding is a joke, only French numbers are allowed, not even other EU countries next door are accepted.
Same when you want to subscribe NO French numbers are accepted, but you need a number otherwise you can’t subscribe, idiotic Chicken & Egg situation, those who have designed the process should be fired.
Customer Service equals ZERO, only Chat, no choice then to have technician in my place to connect me to the internet, booked the day, technician never showed up. I connected myself within an hour.
When I asked, that’s the answer I got; ha yes we moved it to next week. No one bothered to informed me!!!!!
In summary; The least European company I encountered in the EU, lack of being customer focused and lack of being EU focused. Low Cost Carrier, don’t have any expectations, no service to bad service is what you can expect.
