Always Problems with the App and the payment!!!
This app doesn’t have sms pack option .
It is not showing the about my SMS pack and
Not showing how much SMS are remaining in my pack.
I was promised 2 gb internet on installation of the app. But that didn’t happen. I clicked on help and support, it doesn’t work.
What a waste of time!
The app claims to provide services but they are not working at all. I am waiting since last 3-4 weeks for activation.
It is the worst network as I am experiencing and it says the fastest and u can’t get 0 complaints too .
Airtel thanks app is also some crash thing which doesn’t show option and say to submit how one can do something like that trash app
Today I recharged for RS399 SPECIAL RECHARGE offered with 84 days validity, but the credited validity is only 70 days.
There is no way to raise this question by email with airtel. Obviously Airtel wants to keep customers at a distance and not be bothered with complaints.
The app is useful and contains many useful features. But it is full of advertisements and bloat that severely affected performance. The phone warms up considerably every time the app is used.
The developers should focus on providing performant basic functionality and avoid flashy ads and pop ups.
UPI payment is not working via app. Works on mobile website.
I have recharged twice over this app and in both cases the App was not functioning properly and this resulted in multiple debits which then had to be followed up for reimbursement. Multiple debits for a recharge on 29.12.2019 have still not been reversed! Not ok.
It will be good to have a dark modus for the app, as it can save battery power.
Mobile Account balance is not shown in the latest version from 11th july. Rather the account balance "N/A" is displayed. Result of a poor software QA. Pls fix it ASAP.

the app is quite simple and effective..I use a prepaid number and it makes it quite easy to recharge my credit on the fly, check balance and activate or deactivate services like hello tunes with a simple touch :) have not used the other services like accessing ur Airtel tv or broadband so can't comment on them...expecting even more services to be integrated into the app like Airtel money etc
