I like the fact that I can provide directions in the form of voice. I haven’t had any problems so far. Also like the fact that I can tip the delivery executive on the app itself. Only wish the app wasn’t so crowded but maybe everyone is used to it and also I use an iPhone 5s ;). Thanks though. It had been an absolute boon during these covid times since I cannot go out of home due my grandmother having high risk of severe covid . Only way out is apps like these. Bravo.

I do like the app, it gives me a nice insight about the places around. I also find it quite intuitive to use. I like the diese App gold service, yet I am having some problems, for some reason the app only works with wifi and not with my mobile internet, so if the place doesn’t have wifi, I can not make use of my gold service. Bummer
I also noticed many places are overrated, so I don’t fully trust in the reviews.

Well i give them 3/5 because i do love zomate and use them daily, but the bookmarks which is one of the most important parts! If i found an incredible restaurant and bookmark them but it doesn‘t show on my bookmark list unless it is nearby or one of the most recent booked, what is the use for it anyway!?
This is a crucial part of the app and should be fix as soon as possible!

I ordered ice cream and I already paid but family was not aware about order when the delivery boy reached at home my family asked it is paid he said I don’t know then they said we didn’t order but he said take my number and call me back if it’s yours
Tell me one thing can delivery man check it is cash or already paid ???
What the hell is this need to write nick name I tried 10+ names already taken without entering nick name I can’t comment

Since four weeks, I raised the issue with the support, that my credit card is always charged yet the order for the food is not going through. I had several discussions with the chat support, tried multiple credit cards, yet the app is unusable. I used to do my daily food ordering on this app and enjoy the process, but since about four weeks ago, I had to switch to a competitor.

I really love this app, I hardly found a restaurent which was recommended by diese App and was bad. I am a real fan of their customer service, it happened to me a couple of time that restaurant send me wrong or delayed order and that was investigated and resolved in an Augenblick.
A big thank to diese App team.

diese App is a must when living in Lebanon and I enjoy it a lot but writing reviews was way nicer when reviewers had levels. I’d also like to add that there should be some sort of loyalty program. I feel like they don’t care about their customers as much as they should.

Recently diese App added a very nice feature so that i can surprise my parents in India by ordering from other countries where diese App is not available. This helps. Thanks diese App.

Very convenient to use and more offers on restaurants. Better than others

Today I ordered my food and the number which was mentioned that mob was switched off because of charge issue. So the guy called as said by them and took my money and my food as my mob was off. Though I send many emails as they have no contact number to inform that this is my other contact information. Kindly deliver my food. No but they are now super angry with me and because of their company policy now they will take my money and my food.

diese App is notorious to change its products and policies almost overnight. You end up paying for non-existent products like diese App gold. diese App has the audacity to stop giving promised benefits and don’t bother to refund either. Every complaint and feedback ends with template revert that they have launched {even better} product which ironically doesn’t offer equivalent discount.

Whenever you get back to them with a concern it’s always the generic “call the restaurant” answer.
Sometimes the chat doesn’t even respond and are very rarely helpful with actually solving the issue other than “would you like us to credit your account” which is fine but doesn’t actually solve the issue?

I tried diese App App in Delhi first time- very helpful and worked very well.
Now in Mumbai I cannot do any food orders, neither do my friends, with the registered or other credit cards.
That is not so so good. Maybe we are not locals, that’s why. I don’t know.

Driver went to wrong community and the time for delivery indication was totally wrong. Waiting for food since 3 hours....

Great app with easy ordering and payment setup.
Would be great to have an option to confirm when delivery has taken place to improve accuracy of delivery time!

Very big choice of food and even on a diet I’m able to order food and know it’s healthy.

It took the team 20min to contact the restaurant and to convey a message/ request.
The support center then told me that the restaurant is not able to accommodate the request and advising me that I could give the restaurant a 1 star rating...
Very sad...I strongly suggest to first look into your processes before blaming someone else.
The food was as usual very good though ...

I was a customer of diese App. I had some couple of bad experiences with them. They are not prompt in customer care. They delivering wrong food items. When i contacted customer care they said they are helpless and cannot find any solutions. The food you order is also very bad. I deleted the app and changed to another app Swig.

I ordered via App, three meals, but they delivered me only two meals and both of meals were only the same food. When I complained via call, they just said “I'm sorry” but they didn't do anything, didn't change the food and didn't issue any vouchers or delivered or replaced any food, just said “I’m sorry”...

They don’t allow you to browse their mobile website and insist that you install the app. The app insists that you log in and then finally lets you know that you are not allowed to use it either. Must be some myopic geo based restrictions. There are other competitors who offer a far smoother experience.

As a UX specialist working with Emirates Airlines, I find the app a seamless design and a benchmark experience that I can lecture about in any given workshop or seminar! Great job to the UX-UI design team👍

Ok. You have a lot of choice. Almost all restaurants in Dubai are listed
But if ever there is a mistake in the delivery - which is FREQUENT(wrong or missing item )- don’t expect the chat on line to help.
They will make you wait and finally ask you to email to the center and you have to claim many times to get refund

This is a nice place with great atmosphere. Great coffee and nice service. We have been here twice. We will be back and try the food.
