Ich verstehe die schlechten Rezensionen nicht. Wir konnten im Oktober 2018 problemlos Tickets über VästtrafikToGo erwerben. Man muss nur seine Kreditkartendaten eingeben. Dann klappt alles. Vielleicht würde das vor kurzem geändert. 72h Ticket gelöst und das Liniennetz problemlos genutzt.

Ich habe einen Ticket gebucht und das Geld wurde zweimal abgebucht. Die beiden Tickets, die ich bekommen habe haben andere Datum als ich eingegeben habe .. ich habe mit Kundenservice gechattet und eine Gutscheinnummer bekommen, könnte ich aber nicht einlösen da ich mich anmelden muss und für die Anmeldung braucht man schwedische personal id .. wofür braucht ihr personal id für eine busfahrt.. Geld ist weg :(

VästtrafikToGo schlägt zum fahren Busse vor und verkauft entsprechende Tickets, die in den vorgeschlagenen Bussen aber nicht erlaubt sind. Echt aufpassen beim fahren. Merkt man natürlich nur wenn man kontrolliert wird.

I wonder why it is so difficult to travel with västtrafik. No possibility to buy a ticket on the bus in Gothenburg, the to-go app doesn't work, the only possibility is to use kontoladdning if you live somewhere where you need to take the bus and there's no 7-eleven around the corner. But this card can only be charged at a västtrafik butik. This doesn't make sense. I never had such an hassle with using public transportations in other Europeans cities like Copenhagen, London, Berlin... I don't understand västtrafik s politics: maybe they want me to bike. Public transportation should be easy to use , and not to exclude people because making it as complicated as possible.

Gothenburg doesn’t make it easy to use public transportation, at least not for foreigners (or Swedes like me living abroad).
This App can only be used if you have a Swedish ID number and then only if you also have a Swedish credit card.
Unbelievable in the year 2018... a country being part of the European Union... and why make life easy for tourists bringing money into the country...
Helsinki has a great and user friendly App for their public transport network and people of all nationalities can use it... I strongly suggest you talk to your Finnish neighbors and let them show you how it’s done!

You Need secure code of verified by visa, else you would have to buy Single tickets in the shop

I cannot purchase the ticket because suddenly my credit card is denied. I don’t live in Sweden and don’t have Swish or MobileBankID. Not everyone is from Sweden, why is there no PayPal option?

Sadly, foreign credit cards cannot be used. Therefore, the app is useless unless you are a Swedish citizen. As a tourist you cannot purchase a ticket which is a shame considering we live in the 21st century.

App is completely useless if you use Verified by Visa as the process is opened in a webview within the app without an option to go back to the purchase screen.

Does no accept any of my credit cards that haven’t been a problem in Stockholm.
Users calling västtrafik were told foreign cards don’t work.

Surprisingly the app does not accept foreign cards. However, this is nowhere mentioned! So useless for visitors from abroad. It is not made easy to get a ticket.

Seems not to work with foreign credit cards. So not really tourist friendly. It is only designed for Swedish citizens because when you sign up you have to enter a personal ID w/o any explanation what is meant by that. Absolutely useless for me.

Plus HUGE download.
Better use just SMS tickets. Same price and easier to use.
