Can't buy tickets, app cannot connect to server, generally slow, time table function is terrible, departure times and arrival times of trains do not correspond!?! Useless!
Entering payment details not working, credit card requires address, why? Homepage Not reachable, connect to loyalty card not working, invoice not suitable for auto processing etc etc etc. I pay at the counter, really disappointing!
Signed up an account, put in all my data but none of the payment options is working because of in app errors.

You can see that they just have no clue what they’re doing. And they don’t have to. It’s a monopoly.
Aber leider nicht nutzbar. Bei der Buchung erscheint stets die error Nachricht.

HeathrowExpress will bei einer Buchung unnötig viele persönliche Angaben und dankt die mühsame Eingabe am Ende mit einem XML-Fehler "try again".
Bad,bad, bad. Ticket management is horrible, when buying a stack, they are all one direction and then staff yells a you because you bought a ten pack of Heathrow to Paddington. Stick with your paper tickets, I urge you.
I really like using the app. Especially its integration with wallet is great. Sadly, since the last update it’s just not working for me anymore. I cannot delete used passes and it will no longer add passes to wallet. Shame ;(
Old app version was bad as you could not see which tickets had been used. New app version is even worse. It still constantly crashes just as the old one which leaves you without ticket at the gates. Also, Not only does it not show the tickets unused, but does not show any tickets, and existing tickets disappear. Also you can also not open the Tickets in the App any longer, a download to eg the apple wallet is required. What a rubbish app in times of modern design opportunities
Crashes upon adding CC details. Worked on second try. Cannot add tickets to Wallet. App only supports Passbook (that’s what Wallet was called until around 2015). Add to wallet from mobile ticket link says “Safari cannot download this file“. Completely useless.
Sadly the app seems to be useless at this time as it is not even opening on my new iPhone 6s (fresh install, no restore) under iOS 9.0.1. It is still running on my other phone, an iPhone 6 (same OS version). A quick fix would be greatly appreciated.
Wird wahrscheinlich niemanden interessieren, aber Tickets sollten vor dem Gültigkeitsdatum IMMER erstattungsfähig sein. Auch bei Angebotspreisen. Alles andere ist Abzocke. Menschen machen Fehler, ihr bereichert euch dran. Ekelhafte Geschäftspraxis, mehr gibt’s von mir nicht zu sagen.
- 3 old tickets reappeared, no idea how to mark them as used in the new UI, now cluttering my list
- no multi-user support. I travel for work and privately, and need to be able to buy tickets with different payment / invoice details
- no 1Password Support when setting up new accounts, which means manual filling in of all fields and no easy way to create and save a secure password
- app gets unresponsive at times when logging in via 1Password
Missing Passbook support.
Seit geraumer Zeit werden Kreditkarten falsch gespeichert. Alle Details einer Mastercard werden als Visa gespeichert und können somit nicht genutzt werden. Mails an Heathrow Express darüber werden ignoriert, das ist schlechter Kundenservice
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ticket sollte noch zum Passbook hinzugefügt werden können.
Simple to use App which provides the necessary travel information and, most importantly, ability to book as well as store tickets in app. One star lost for missing the option of adding tickets to passbook.
Einfach zu bedienende App mit der man relevante Fahrtinformationen abrufen kann. Am wichtigsten ist jedoch die Bequemlichkeit via App ein Ticket direkt zu buchen und dieses dort zu hinterlegen. Einen Stern Abzug für die fehlende Option das Ticket zum Passbook hinzuzufügen.
