super app but...

everything works fine, but the app doesnt work on my apple watch 3 gps.
I only see the word Group at the top left corner and the time top right.
The other area is just black.
Nothing more happens
Edit: Unfortunately no response by any support yet, i bought this app for using with the watch, but doesn‘t work

statt ein backup anzulegen stürzt GContact ab. es gibt nur 5 farbige reiter für die gruppen, dafür nerfige pop-ups mit tipps, die man nicht abstellen kann. rausgeworfenes geld!

Also von den angegebenen Optionen her eine tolle Sache, auch die Optik ist ansprechend. Aber ich kann keine Gruppen anlegen, und wenn ich mir Gruppen mit einer anderen App. angelegt habe, kann ich keine Kontakte dahin verschieben. Alternative hierzu: Visual Contacts. Leider ohne Gruppen-SMS bzw. - Mail.

Click group bottom twice continuously, you will see the menu including “Edit Group Members” “Change Group Name/Color” “Delete Group” “Send Group Mail” “Send Group SMS/MMS" “Cancel”.
Once you choose and click “Join In Group”, the contact could be ready to add to your favor group.
(2) If you have cancelled GContact software, and plan to delete the groups remained in Apple’s Contacts, there are several ways to deal with it.
(2) Firstly, click a contact in “No Group”, which you would like to add to a certain group.
One is deleting the groups by Exchange or Itune, and connecting your iphone or itouch to the computer, then doing synchronization.
