nicht runterladen ! das hat einen sehr schlimmen bug wo man nicht mehr rauskommt. ein riesiger glitch steckt hier hinter. das handy sollte wieder entsperrt werden wurde es aber nicht. das handy blieb für immer mit der bildschirmzeit obwohl er es gar nicht sollte. sehr vorsichtig damit. nicht runterladen!!!

Um den Browser zu nutzen, muss mann sich erst registrieren und einen Account anlegen, wozu?? Ich glaube irgendwann reicht es oder?
Wollt ihr etwa mitgucken, wenn einer servt?

As I intend to share my iPad with my daughter, I bought Mobicip Premium version (plus 10US$), activated all available restrictions, disallowed Safari etc. For testing purposes I then started my Google app and searched for several explicit terms. I got EVERYWHERE!
On some blog I found Mobicip's advice to delete native apps such as Bing or Google from your iPad. No, I will not delete my favourite app just to run Mobicip!
To be fair to Mobicip, this seems to be more of an apple/iPad problem, which does not allow to specify a specific browser as single point of entry to the internet. Nevertheless, this purchase has been a waste of money.

Funktionell klappt alles. Leider sind sämtliche Positivlisten für englische User und somit für meine Kids in Deutschland eher nutzlos.
Sobald content auch für Deutschland vorhanden ist sicherlich ok.

Feels just like Safari, BUT:
-starting the app takes pretttttty long,
-doesn't save your passwords etc.,
-it costs EXTRA money to manage any kinds of preferences.
These 3 things can be very annoying & therefore Mobicip can't replace Safari.......YET!

I installed the upgraded Mobicip on my children’s chromebook a few days ago. It is easy to set up, works seamlessly and gives many options for customized rights (time of the day when accounts are locked, which apps and websites to access etc.). The activity report is also very easy to read and helpful.

I had been looking for the right tool for a while as google’s family filter is just miserable and I believe I finally found it.

The only improvement opportunity I can think of is the categorization of websites : for example the same general newspaper sometimes show up as “pet”, sometimes “uncategorized”, sometimes “shopping”. It looks like their AI software can be improved. But the important ones like “adult” seem to be properly filtered.

Es blockt auch schädliche webseiten oder phising links sehr gut!! Aber die registrierung erschließt sich mir nicht ganz :/

Mit ParentalControlApp lassen sich Geräte von Kindern sehr gut einschränken so dass Kinder risikofrei nur auf den Seiten surfen können die sie auch sehen sollen. Über den Premiumaccount lassen sich zudem Nutzungsstatistiken einsehen und auch andere Filter vornehmen. Ich bin gerne bereit für diesen Service die 40$ für den Premiumaccount zu bezahlen!
