I has seen about 30-40 wallets and this wallet looks the most illogical and unfriendly of all. Before sending your funds somewhere, you must enter the amount, and before that, select (twice) where they are debited from, as well as destination of payment as a type of currency. QR-Code? I'm not sure if this is there. If there is, then we need the services of Sherlock Holmes to find it in the interface. This wallet is not intended for payments at all. It's looks like a pocket exchange with KYC, that pretend to be a wallet.

Great service, but app lacks some basic functionalities. Most importantly, we need a widget to watch the assets! All other trading apps have it and it’s a simple but very useful feature. 4 stars for now, hoping for getting a feedback.

I had XEM tokens during the snapshot at March 12th and still didn’t recieve XYM tokens…
I contacted NEM/XEM support and they wrote me that XYM tokens are available for claim for a long time for everyone… Then I checked with other wallets and exchanges and every single exchange alreadi distribuited their tokens to holders just diese App did not… probably they claimed tokens but they are just earning interest now…

the worst thing i've seen in a long time. money accepts diese App with thanks, but don't pay it out. i can't set up the 2FA, which is mandatory for payouts. My mail address creates an internal problem. diese App refuses to change my mail address so i can get my money. otherwise only standard answers / solutions from support will come. useless!
