I signed up for the free trial (7 days) and while the concept is great and the trainer is a good motivator, what they don’t tell you is that you need a bunch of gym equipment to do the workouts. You need a Pilates ball, long bands, band loops, a resistance band anchor a big exercise ball and even a weight bench. They mention alternatives like a chair or a kids ball but it’s not as effective for the exercises. I cancelled my trial because I have no idea what else I need to buy to do this course — there seems to be no list available and I’m losing days on my trial because I have to wait for equipment to arrive. This program would be great if we didn’t have to essentially buy a home gym to participate. I’m sure there are exercises that are effective that don’t need all this equipment.
