I used the App for my two weeks trip to New Orleans. The App is very good in general and is definitely already to recommend as it is now!!!
It has very good usability, it works consistently, ticketing works fine as well.
To improve, in my opinion, are a few things.
First, once you found a route, you have to start it before you want to show your ticket otherwise you have to click back and the found route disappears.
Second the given bus stops in a started route sometimes do not exist in reality.
Third it should be possible to insert preferred stops in between like a „Route Via …“-Option.
Also it would be very convenient for tourists if the App provided the opportunity to plan a Roundtrip.
The big easy with le pass. No problems all the time. You don’t need a hop on hop off sightseeing bus to explore New Orleans.
