Mir ging es genau wie vielen anderen. Ich fühle mich betrogen, weil ich zu viel gezahlt habe. Man wird nicht noch einmal daran erinnert, dass man ein monatliches Abo abschließt und man findet EffectoSymptomMoodTracker auch nicht über den Apple Account. Daher habe ich unbemerkt zwei Monate umsonst gezahlt. Kündigen konnte ich via Mail und habe auch schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Aber ich würde die Finger von EffectoSymptomMoodTracker lassen.

Absolutely not helpful for ADHD in my opinion. Far too complex/confusing. And having to spend so much time Each day to Fill out everything is the last thing i need. And it’s in no way personalized like they advertised on Facebook! I was just sent a general manual for the app. As far as i know there are lots of free apps that way or even better. It’s a waste of money. And the worst: they only promise refunds but then do NOT pay back and ignore further email reminders. #scam

The worst app so far. Charged me for extra money even though i have deleted my account. Not helpful at all. No personal plan. Couldn’t even use it for a while.

The app is not user friendly and uses deceptive means to get users to sign up. Unsubscribing is very difficult as you have to apply via email. Meanwhile unauthorized charges will continue to appear on your card while the customer service is slow to respond. Exercise caution when choosing this app.

They advertised on instagram with great ADHD app. And I fell for it. In my case I couldn’t test it and they are not giving my money back.
For me personally the app doesn’t make any sense without a period tracker, because that influences my mood the most. And like the other review already said, tracking is one of the hardest jobs for me as an person with ADHD. And the app isn’t intuitive or easy to get into and tracking is boring and in parts to complicated. I don’t need to track my mood on the exact minute. I would need an easy to answer colourful button.

I used this app for tracking ADHD symptoms and hoping to get deeper insights.
Unfortunately it stresses me out more than it actually helps. There are little infos etc. but I really would recommend everyone who wants to get a better understanding of themselves to check out podcasts or even shorts on instagram. You will get more support and insights through that.
I tried it for a year and wanted to cancel it, however it was not really possible to cancel via the website or app. The only possibility is to actually write an email, 48 hours prior renewal.
As there is no possibility to actually check in the app or website, it is a bit difficult for someone coping with executive functions to keep the period in mind.
Absolutely do bot recommend.

Ich finde, es ist eine riesen Unverschämtheit, dass Sie Menschen mit ADHS so ausnehmen. Man kann weder in EffectoSymptomMoodTracker kündigen, noch taucht das Abo im AppStore als Abonnement auf, weshalb man davon ausgeht, kein Abo abgeschlossen zu haben, sondern nur den Zeitraum gekauft zu haben, der in dem Angebot angegeben war. Auch in der Bestellbestätigungsmail steht nichts von einem Abo oder wie und wo man dieses kündigen könnte.
EffectoSymptomMoodTracker an sich finde ich auch nicht gut. Sie hilft nicht, ist nur eine Tracking App und darauf angewiesen, dass man dauernd quasi Tagebuch führt. Meiner Meinung nach nichts für Menschen mit ADHS.

The free trial was very short and I chose to get a yearly subscription. It seemed like the app would support me in my daily life, like my ADHD symptoms but it stresses me out.I have to be very organized and disciplined to track my life, which is the hardest part when you haveADHD . The app itself is not very user friendly and the plan that was created for me , didn’t seem like it was made for me individually . Also why is there nothing from my plan in the app , I have to do the planing myself?! … I would not buy this app again or recommend it … constantly seeing the ad on Instagram got me hooked.
