Waste of money

Und im nächsten Schritt treffe ich auf einen bug der sich als Sackgasse herausstellt. Ich kann meinen Namen eingeben und das war’s. Mehr ist bisher nicht möglich in Sensa. Gerne ändere ich meine Bewertung wenn sich das ändert. Das Problem habe ich mir Video erfasst und an den Entwickler weitergeschickt.

1 Woche ging gar nichts - jetzt friert es trotzdem bei den meisten Aktionen. Ich will einfach nur noch mein Geld zurück. Das ist absolut UNSERIÖS so eine App für 45 Dollar zu verkaufen - diese Probleme bestehen ja schon länger wenn man sich die Bewertungen anschaut. ABSOLUT KEINE EMPFEHLUNG.

Und kein niedriger Betrag. Es gibt nur einen Test der dir sagt, du brauchst Hilfe (danke das wusste ich schon).

Ziemlich enttäuschend

Can You please tell me WHAT FOR i answered all the questions about my mental health right before buying? My plan das not seem personalized AT ALL. So i ask You to state here officially: Are these questions designed to make me feel like this all was personalized? Or do they have another sense. Oh, and please do not tell me to write an Email to You. Please have the guts and answer my questionS HERE, so publicity will have a chance of transparency. You write about trust. For me trust begins in the moment of not being fooled. For me these 40 something Dollars would just be thrown away , because i will not be able to trust this app if i find out that my plan is not based on the questions i answered. Just be honest here with publicity, please.

Unless your Doctor told you that this is an app that will benefit your health, especially those with adult ADHD, use it. Anything else

It takes a health care professional to tell you what is right for you. Not an app. And to spend 30$ on this, to only find out diese App is not for you, is way to expensive. No refunds! Read the fine print.

The app doesn’t offer sufficient support. All advice is too general and not informative enough- activities are needing to be created by the individual. It’s basically just a journal, you can have the same effect with an organiser app. Would not recommend.

The app doesn’t react to touch, therefore I cannot use it at all. Tried closing, reopening, reinstalling. Should work normally on newest iOS but does not. And I’m paying for subscription. Don’t see the point in paying for an app that I cannot use at all….

Unfortunately the App takes advantage of the ADHD ridden people. The signup process is lengthy without any reason. I signed up for the 1,- weekly test period. At its end of it suddenly appear two buttons with unclear meaning, I guess knowingly, which could mean different things. This way diese App took 60,- off my account directly instead the 1,- I signed up for. Customer service said they have a no refund policy but offer 50% off, off the thing that I didn’t sign up for. They where very friendly, still, the design wants and does press you towards unwanted, unannounced fees.

The app lures you in with a 1€ trial, but it automatically follows with an 80€ 3 month recurring subscription, which isn’t visible in the App Store subscriptions but is a PayPal subscription. I missed the first PayPal message about the deduction of the subscription, so this was a harsh lesson. If the developer is confident in his app, he ends the trial and then suggests a subscription.
Very bad behaviour

The advice and excercises are not new to me nor are the psychological bases. But the daily routines help me a lot. I wish some of the pictures could be enlarged as they are really small on a mobile phone screen. Apart from that: if you struggle with procrastination, stress and light emotional issues: go for it.

I like the app. It is nice to keep track of your well being.

Been using it for a month and it seems to make my mood better. :)
