This App is only for iPhone. When opening it on iPad it just shows a small screen inside the App where the contents are. It does not scale at all. Pretty bad for a App that is relatively new. There are easy ways to make your app scale automatically to different display sizes..

The available informations in the App are good for nothing.
Onboarding should be much easier - e.g. just scanning a QR code is setting up everything and then an easy login only with Face ID. And don’t forget: easy switching between different S-Users without the need of typing passwords.
The regular support portal of diese App only requires username and password, but the app asks me to create and remember an additional passcode if at least 8 characters? Dear developers, please integrate FaceID if you think that extra level of security is required for some random support and download portal!
