UAFX Control Erfahrungen und Bewertung

As mentionend by other users, the App won‘t register my Pedal on any device.
I can‘t switch the footswitch functions and can’t switch to four cable method which is Not good at all. The sound US exactly what i wanted but all the other functions i liked about this Pedal are not availlable at all.

Neueste Firmware 1.9 drauf. Kein connect
Dream / Max ich hab schon alles probiert.

Registering your pedal via this App does not work, you have to register on your PC or your Mac.
Once you found that out and got your Pedal registered via PC you should be able to come back to your phone to edit your sounds.
BUT no chance, getting the Dream 65 pedal edited!!!!!
Please debug this app !!!

There are so many app updates. But they can't get rid of the Bluetooth issue. Getting a connection tonthe pedal is still a lottery. 9 out of 10 trys it will not work. That's an issue and it seem they can't fix it. But what should someone use with an app which usually doesn't connect?

Unbelievable. 439 Eur for a pedal (Lion) and a piece of crap regarding the mobile app. 1-2min to connect via Bluetooth and registration cannot be finished due to connection errors. Tried five times with re-installation und all security settings as described. No chance. Support is not answering. Never again - totally shocking for a so called „premium“ brand.

I had high hopes as the sound of the pedal is fine, but to get the full potential you need the app. And the app is a mess. I created an account, I got a bluetooth connection and now it wants me to register my pedal with UA. I tried it but it fails every time. There is no bypassing this issue and therefore the app 100% useless. For 400€ an absolute joke.

Ive got the same issues with bluetooth connectivity than a whole bunch of others here and in web forums. Sorry UA but fixing bluetooth connection issues is a first semester IT task! Lots of other (even lower budget) companies would have solved that over night!

Ive got an UA Max, its Sounds great though if i buy somerhing which is announced with app adjustment features its a rip off if i pay for it and wont get the entire bundle! Im honestly thinking of sending the pedal back for refund! 100% no go UA, big shame guys!

Für die OX Box gibt es einen vernünftigen Editor für PC, warum nicht für das Stomp????

UAFXControl stürzt sofort ab, sobald ich mein Lion 68 Pedal auswähle. Nicht nutzbar!

Leider habe ich immer wieder Probleme mit UAFXControl, die sich, trotz Internetverbindung, nicht mit der UA Cloud verbinden kann. Somit ist das Speichern und Abrufen von Presets nicht möglich. Das ist eigentlich inakzeptabel.

Registrierung via PC funktionierte. Neuste Firmware aufgespielt. Pairing mit iPhone auch noch möglich, aber sobald man UAFXControl mit der Funktionsoberfläche öffnen möchte, Absturz. Also nur Basisfunkion nutzbar.

Nach den letzten Update kann ich mich nicht mehr mit dem Pedal verbinden. Sehr ärgerlich.

alles richtig gemacht, nur UAFXControl will nicht. nach 10 Versuchen ab in die Tonne. Eine UAFXControl nicht funktioniert ist für uad unterirdisch schlecht!
pedal ist teuer, gut, aber UAFXControl sollte mal vernünftig gemacht werden. Nächste Versuche dann mit software auf dem rechner.

Ich kann die bereits geschriebenen Rezensionen nur bestätigen. UAFXControl funktioniert nicht. Offensichtlich sind dem Entwickler UAFXControl die grottenschlechten Bewertungen auch egal, denn es scheint so, als wäre das Problem schon länger bekannt. App ist für die Tonne. Muss leider einen Stern geben, sonst kann ich keine Rezension schreiben.

UAFXControl sieht gut aus und die Funktionen passen auch, nur leider funktioniert immer irgendwas nicht, wenn man sie schnell mal braucht. Ich hab das Problem beim OX Stomp, welches eine super Kiste ist.
Aber die Verbindungsprobleme zur App sind eine Zumutung und wirken maximal unproffesionell.

Bluetooth funktioniert, pairing dauert nur etwas und hat einige Anläufe gebraucht.
Dann wollte das Pedal nicht registrieren: „Please check your internet connection“
Also Workaround mit Registrierung auf Windows PC mit UA Control und USB-C Kabel, erst danach erlischt die Fehlermeldung in UAFXControl und man kann alle Funktionen nutzen.
alle Funktionen sind nur in der Mobile App verfügbar. Wieso nicht auch am PC, wieso kann man das Ganze nicht direkt dort editieren?
An die Entwickler: iOS App fixen und PC App mit ALLEN Funktionen verfügbar machen.

I tried to register the dream 65 via Bluetooth to get the more cabs and access to the app. It failed on iPad, iPhone and MacBook.
A connection via USB-C was also not possible.
Finally it worked with a thunderbolt 3 cable.
Once it was registered it works now via Bluetooth on all devices.
That should be fixed.

Lieber Leser liebe Leserin,

ich schreibe hier einen Kommentar wie ich das Connection Problem gelöst habe. Zunächst habe ich das Pedal mit meinem Computer via USB-C verbunden. Auf dem Computer benötigt ihr die „UA Connect“ App. Diese gibt es bei Universal Audio auf der Webseite. Beim Öffnen werdet ihr bereits auf die Registrierung des Pedals hingewiesen und danach zeigt UAFXControl ein Firmware Update für das Pedal an. Dieses Firmware Update installiert ihr. Danach das Pedal ein mal Neustarten (Stecker aus der Steckdose und wieder rein). Bei mir gab es dann noch Probleme in UAFXControl unter iOS. Die blaue Lampe hinten am Pedal darf NICHT blinken, sondern muss konstant Blau leuchten. Beim blinken, gab es jedenfalls immer Verbindungsabbrüche in der iOS App. Nun funktioniert es bei mir und ich habe alle Presets in UAFXControl!

UAFXControl zeigte nur die Aufforderung zum Registrieren - das wurde regelmäßig mit einer Fehlermeldung quittiert “kein Internet”. Eine Registrierung auf der Homepage geht auch nicht - UAFX Geräte stehen nicht zur Auswahl. Also die Mac App geladen, installiert - geht - “Lauch Issue”. Auf neuerem Mac OS installiert - endlich ging es - registriert und Softwareupdate. UAFXControl stürzte dann immer gleich ab. Ein iPhone hard-reset hat dann geholfen. Jetzt konnte ich endlich “spillover” aktivieren und andere Settings ausprobieren.

Schön wäre noch eine Einstellmöglichkeit aller (Reverb) Parameter per App
