The app connects restaurants to a secondary market of consumers, who are willing to buy restaurant quality leftover meals that haven’t left the kitchen, enabling this food to be saved from the bin.
A portion of the proceeds from the purchased food will be donated to a different charity each month to help the wider society in the Cayman Islands.
