- Custom and unintuitive navigation

For being one of the biggest bank in Ethiopia, basic functionalities are just not there. I'll be looking for an alternative bank options.

Lack of statements and additional security protocols

The application is good but it has also the following weakness;
1. Doesn’t have additional security protocols like one time OPT password linked with phone number of the client or email of the client to ensure robust security.
2. The application doesn’t provide options for downloading statements and transactions.
