Total useless. Not able to register. Passport Scan is not working. Profiles are lost if you change your mobile phone. Why signing in with Apple ID if backend cloud is not protecting existing profiles.

Couldn’t scan my passport and no option to upload. Another organization wasting millions. Students could have done a better job.

The app does not support uploading my vaccination certificate from Thailand, does not let me select Germany as my country of citizenship and it’s “travel requirements” section does not know the United Arab Emirates. Nice idea, but so far completely useless.

This app does not work , I have tried more than a dozen times . I get as far as uploading selfie /passport picture scan / passport scan and end then up being denied .
And having to re start . Is not worth the hassle

can‘t be uploaded but must be taken as selfie. Almost impossible to take a good one. Considering that one have to present it often, for me a reason to wait for another travel pass.

- Health certification can not edit(remove) if input wrong data or duplicate input.
- Cannot find flight
- Document (passport and selfie) cannot update once registered.

You have to enable Fingerprint ID (entering Number ID is not enough) than it works just fine, maybe thats why some users may have problems logging in.
