The bikes were in very poor condition.
They arbitrarily change the parking zones and ask for 10 eur operational fee. Bikes are pretty bad too
There was no option to top up the account the second time . I was forced to buy a monthly pass . also the map doesn’t show clearly where are you are allowed to park.
You better don’t sign up, as they don’t stop charging you. I took one ride and don’t have any subscription but they charge me every two weeks. I already have been in contact with the support and they told that they even deleted my credit card’s data but still they charging me.
You owe me about 40€ now, would have taken a taxi if I knew this.

Fahrräder in sehr schlechten ZustandSattel lässt sich nicht verstellen Bremsen funktionieren fast gar nicht
Obwohl ich das Bike regelrecht abgestellt habe in einer echten Parkzone, wird das nicht erkannt und akzeptiert. Das ist mehr als ärgerlich. Ich hoffe dass mir keine Kosten entstehen!

Leider konnten WiR bloß ein Bike pro App/User entsperren. Daher war das nix für uns.
Bitte ermöglichen das man mehrere Bikes über einen Account entsperren kann.
Ridemovi sind dreckige Betrüger die ganz einfach nach einmaliger Zahlung immer wiefer 2 mal monatlich 4,99€ von der Kreditkarte abbuchen. Das ist Betrug!!! Es kann nicht storniert werden, reine Abzocke, Finger weg von diesen Betrügern!
