Ich habe die „Lessions“ heute das erste Mal ausprobiert und fühle mich wirklich ein Stück besser, obwohl ich mega skeptisch war.
Ich wünschte mir nur, dass es eine Möglochkeit gibt, solche Dinge kostenlos zu erhalten, weil gerade zu dieser Zeit viele mit mental health problems zu kämpfen haben und dir Therapieplätze viel zu knapp sind. Dabei wäre es so einfach, wenn man Zugriff auf sowas wie eine App haben kann, die sich so gut wie jeder Mensch runterladen kann. Leider bin ich noch in der Ausbildung und nicht im Stande, solche Kosten tragen zu können.
Trotzdem empfehle ich Bloom wärmstes für die Leute, die nicht nur mental health problems haben sondern auch ein bisschen Geld übrig.

I started using the app a few days ago. It does have potential to be a helpful companion. However, there are some pretty obvious bugs (reported some), and since it’s paid, I’d appreciate quick fixes. Such as no entries are being shown in the entries page. I hope they keep quickly improving the app. 🙏
Nach der ersten session musste ich weinen weil es mir wirklich geholfen hat aber warum kann man es nicht einfach kostenlos machen? Auch leute mit nicht viel geld haben gesundheit verdient. Ich würde mit etwas werbung schon klarkommen
Nur ein stern weniger da ich kein geld hab Bloom zu zahlen. Bin nämlich Studentin und hab echt nur wenig geld.
I really like the content of the app. The topics, the structure, how the individual sessions are set up. I would give 5 stars for this.
It would be great if you could build a better plan with multiple reminders per day, for example remind me to journal at 7am, then another reminder at 7pm for reflection, etc. That’s not possible as far as I could see.
Not too happy with the usability. It’s not possible to rewind or restart sessions, I’ve been trying to revisit part one of their intro program and it will not let me restart at the very beginning.
I'm a strong over thinker of everything so the CBT Approach really helped me navigate that.
The app is amazing. Though I would love the possibility to save sessions for later or to create my own plan or save my favorites.
With that option it would be definitely 5 stars.
I tried out this app and so far it's great. I will definitely continue to use it. It's definitely worth the money. The only bad thing is that the app sometimes closes when I try to change the time of my reminder or try to edit entries. It would be nice to fix this current bug with an update.
I love the sessions. It might be already better than an actual therapy for me!
Mike is a great guide throughout the CBT sessions. I feel really empowered and understood with this app.

I love the app! It provides hands on advice on how to live a more balanced, happy, and productive life. Design is great, too. And I love the questions asked during the videos because they help me reflect on how I can apply the things I just learned.

First time ever I felt the need to rate an app. This app is special. It’s not just interesting for a couple of days and then you stop using it. It actually has an impact on you and you‘ll like using it. Can’t wait to see where it will go in the future.
I rarely invest in paid subscriptions but diese App is then absolute exception. It’s been if tremendous help and I’ve recommended it to friends. The app itself has become much better features and content wise and it’s one of the apps I use most regularly. Life saving!
Since regular therapy is quite expensive and some baggage needs to be adressed on a regular basis, this app is a revelation which exceeds my expectations. The interactive video surprises me with it's poignant adress of the core of issues. Also the speaker is very pleasant to hear and watch. Very much recommended, there's no doubt the money is well invested.
As someone who is rather skeptical when it comes to self-therapy, I was worried it would be another imposing app that pushes me even further from the idea.
Contrarily, it is a very humble and inviting approach.
The added benefit of it being interactive makes it enjoyable and very inviting! Would highly recommend this - especially for beginners like myself :)
This is without a doubt the best app I have on my phone. I‘ve been using it nearly every day since I got it and it has helped me so much in dealing with challenges in my work tasks and with coworkers, and in finding self-love and purpose. I’ve been in therapy for multiple things, multiple times in my life. But this app makes it easy for me to get a little help in the moments when I really need it. I’m hoping I’ll know better how to get to the right content based in the situation the more I use the app. I would like a search function. But I’m e I found the right thing, it really helps!
The app is awesome - i like the topics and how interactive it is, you really have to think about yourself and your feelings and that helps in figuring things out.
I would love to be able to see which videos I already watched when entering the categories. Can you add something like a colored frame or similar so that you keep the overview of seen and unseen content? That would help a lot.
This app is a revelation. In particular the interactive video exercises are produced in such a way that one feels engaged and spoken to very directly, without being sucked in or feeling manipulated. It is perfectly designed for a daily twenty minute session that actually manages to shift thought processes. I‘ve been working with it for over a month now every day (usually, I am not that disciplined!), and I can just recommend it as something very useful during a critical life period or just as a nice way of staying connected to oneself.
Great examples, which can be easily remembered, as well as very hands-on advices. You can start straight away to make a change. I love to watch the short clips.
